We used RV Medic while staying in Camp Verde Arizona. Our experience last week with Gideon was far and above the best experience we have ever had with a mobile service in our years of travel. Initially we called to have an awning replaced and installed. While Gideon was there we lost power on our refrigerator. He kept us in the loop on the parts order and called to advise any status changes. He arrived when he said he would. Gideon even loaned us a refrigerator for us to use while waiting for parts. When the parts arrived late in the afternoon the day before we were leaving for a month, he came right over and installed it so it would be cold enough the next morning we were leaving. He is professional and reasonable priced. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

We used RV Medic to repair a leak in our bathroom that occurred while staying in Camp Verde, Az. They were on time, had the parts needed for the repair, and Gideon explained what he was doing (so my husband could fix the problem if it occurred again). On top of that the price was reasonable. We highly recommend RV Medic.

Hot water was not coming out of faucets in my RV although hot water heater was working, and the bathroom faucet and shower head were leaking. I called RV Medic and Gideon, the Service Manager, arrived the same day. He quickly found and corrected the water heater and bathroom faucet issue. Additionally, he discovered I need a new filter cartridge in my shower head. He performed all this work for the great onsite labor price of $65 per hour. I would highly recommend this company. They do not perform chassis work, but repair everything from the RV floor to ceiling.

Well we had a leaking toilet in our new rv. Mike came out & diagnosed the problem ( Needed to replace the toilet). So new one was brought out & Mike replaced… Unfortunately we had another leak. So Gideon came out & found the problem fixed it & left. Unfortunately the inlet hose sprung a leak & Gideon came all the way back out & fixed it immediately. This goes above & beyond the call of duty & not only was he able to fix it, he refunded some of our money. This is the company to call if you need help with your rv. Mike was also very good & we can’t say enough good things about Lee & her professionalism & cheerful demeanor. These people are what a business should model their business after.

Gideon got me out of a jam, coming to the RV park and replacing a broken water connection on my nearly new travel trailer. He used a better fitting and I was able to leave for my elk hunt. Clearly there was a design flaw, because the new fitting broke in the way to the camp. I made do working out of jugs and Gideon worked me in to fix it again when I know he was busy. He redesigned the whole hose with two elbows so it would not be under stress and did not charge me for the second repair, which he could have. There was nothing wrong with the first job he did. More than fair. He’s my guy from now on. Highly recommended.

Visited our Class A motor home at Distant Drums and solved two perplexing problems. Techs arrived when the said they would, worked continuously, kept us informed respectfully, and charged what we expected. We couldn’t be happier.

We called RV Medic on a Friday evening after hours with a refrigerator issue. Gideon was very courteous and helpful, walking us through troubleshooting our refrigerator until we got it working again. We were very pleased to find out there was a very small reset button on the back of the refer…we would never have found it if it weren’t for Gideon’s expert advice. If we hadn’t gotten the refer running we would have had to go home after only a few hours at the campsite. He was polite and when we are in the area and in need of a service call we will definitely contact this business!

Always a good experience. We travel often to the Sedona Area in Arizona for its beautiful countryside. We mainly stay at the Cottonwood Cove Thousand Trails resort in Cottonwood AZ. Anyway. This time we had a pretty serious issue with our AC units. They are Dometic penguin 15k models and anyway one of them went out and we have 3 dogs that we travel with that are our little babies and Gideon saved the day. Apparently the main one lost its charge, Gideon told us that he could re-charge it and that it would be much cheaper than getting a new one but we opted to get the new one anyway cause we wanted the new 2 year warranty. Anyways it turned out that it was getting to be more difficult to find new AC’s from Dometic because of some issues the company had, but thats neither here or there, Gideon was actually able to locate us one right away. But what was really impressive was that in the process of replacing our main AC he discovered that a shortcut was taken by the manufacturers of the coach and was actually able to correct it, making it so that the front AC could still operated even if the rear AC control went out, something about having 12 volts to both control boards instead of just the one. Well it was something like that. Anyway He had our new AC on Next Day and we were able to stay nice and cool. We are extremely pleased with the service he provided and will always recommend him to everyone we meet that is going through the area.

We had a situation with our refrigerator becoming separated from the cabinet during a move from Moab to Camp Verde. We arrived on a Saturday, which meant waiting until Monday to contact someone. The first reason for the five stars: Your RV Medic returned my phone call. One place did not return a call until nearly a full day went by while another place took my call, stopped by to look at the issue, and I then never heard from the person again. Not good when we were only in the area for 5-6 days! The second reason for the five stars: the repair was done well with a high degree of attentiveness. Most RVs have shortcuts made to them and one in our RV was the material used for securing a residential-style refrigerator to the cabinetry. Gideon came out and assessed and started the repair on the same day. He used real wood, screws, glue, and angle brackets to reinforce the space. Gideon returned the next morning to find the glue had not fully dried. So two days later he was able to finish the work and even fixed a separate issue that had been plaguing us for nearly five months! The third (but not final) reason for the five stars: Gideon’s work went unquestioned by my dealer’s warranty person and the warranty reimbursement is moving forward. It is so much easier when the adjuster is satisfied with the work! Do yourself a favor and call Your RV Medic first. Lee will answer or promptly return your call. If you get Gideon, you can be guaranteed to have a top-notch experience.

Needed a second opinion on my diagnosis of an a/c problem with my motorhome. Gideon and Lee were very helpful. They took time out of their already busy schedule to assist in my diagnosis. All without charging me a cent. I would recommend them highly. They are also recommended by the park we stayed at.
